How To Order Downloadable Patterns

Step 1: On our main page click the link that says “Download Patterns”. Once you have clicked this you will be taken to the full list of items that can be ordered as downloads.

Step 2: Once the download category has loaded you will be able to click on the items listed. Each item has one option, PDF.  Finally, click the Add to Cart button located next to the Quantity box.

Step 3: Once you've finished adding the patterns to your cart, click the Shopping Cart Icon and double check your order. If everything in your cart is added in correctly then click the Checkout button. The button is located in the Shopping Cart on the right side of the page. (Do not do this if you want to add more items to your cart.)

Step 4: Once you have clicked Checkout you will be taken to the Customer Login Screen. On this screen you can Sign in with your email address and password, Return to the store or you can use the Guest Login feature.  If this is your first time shopping on our new site, you have the option to Create an Account or Continue as Guest. If you checkout as a guest, you will be given the option to create an account with us.

Step 5: Select your payment method for your purchase. At this time we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.

If paying by credit/debit card you will need to enter in your name as it appears on your card, your account number, the expiration date and the three digit security code from the back side of the card. You will need to enter in the billing address associated with the card. The download will be made available immediately after your purchase.

If paying by PayPal, click the PayPal button on the Payment Screen. Once you complete the payment, the download will be made available to you.

Step 7: Click Complete My Purchase.

If paying by credit/debit card a page will come up saying that the checkout was a success. You will receive an order number on this page. On this same page you will be advised that an email order confirmation will be sent to you.

If paying by PayPal you will be required to log into your PayPal account. Enter in your email address and  you password for PayPal and then select Pay Now.

Step 8: If you have ordered a download, you will see a link that reads “Click here to download  your digital goods”. Once you click this link you will be taken to the download page.

Once you have completed your purchase you will also get an email from SEND OWL DIGITAL DELIVERY which will have your permanent download link along with the password for the pattern.
